We had a lovely bunch of hens to stay this weekend, and the weather was fantastic, so we arranged a massive afternoon tea party for them.. Great fun

The weather was so good that we took the brave move to put all the tables out on the lawn.

They all seem to love it, even if it did get a little chilly. Denise did sortout some blankets.

We had a very special visitor to Sutton Mawr, Nigel the Koala Bear. he has been doing a tour of the UK and Europe, with his owner Leanne from Australia

It was a lovely day at Sutton Mawr and the guests enjoyed the evening. They feed the animals and collected all the eggs.

We had a great crowd in tonight. They really enjoyed Vicci's homemade lamb hotpot and rhubarb crumple. It was a lovely evening, so they had plenty of time to look round the farm and gardens. One of the guest even help me round up some lost sheep. Thanks Bruce!

Everything has been set up and ready  for Claire and Carl's Wedding

The sun came out just as the lovely couple arrived

They all settled down to a long lunch of slow cooked Sutton Mawr pork

In the evening they danced the night away.

It was a memorable evening under the stars
